The song "Bein' Green," sung by Jim Henson by way of Kermit the Frog, has been covered by an amazing array of artists, including Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, and at a period in his career when he was recording few covers, Van Morrison.
In honor of the failures of the green energy movement, in the words of Kermit and more, "It's not easy being green," here's Ray Charles in 1991 taking his turn on this song.
