Weeks after Biden promised tests would go out, Psaki says testing website remains in "beta phase"

Senile Joe Biden has been promising COVID-19 tests, free ones, for months. Perhaps he forgot. 

Meanwhile, Pippi Liestocking says that they don't even have the Ram-the-Q-Tip-Up-your-Nose properly running--it's still in the beta phase.

The Obama-Biden administration couldn't even launch the ObamaCare site properly at first either.
