(Video) Sky News Australia: 'Barely literate' Joe Biden should never have accepted nomination

Sky News' Alan Jones can see the truth all the way from Australia. He says that Joe Biden is in "cognitive decline and is barely literate," adding that if the former vice president had "any modesty about him" he would never have accepted the Democratic nomination. 

I'd like to add that if Biden had any sense left he never even should have run for the presidency.
