Billionaire tax-avoider Pritzker says he will lead Illinois resistance to Trump

JB Pritzker, the Chicago billionaire scion of the founder of the Hyatt chain who is running for the Democratic nomination for Illinois governor, says of President Donald J. Trump, "I'm proud to be part of the resistance."

And as governor he vows to lead the resistance to the president.

What an ass. Sure, Trump fared poorly last year in the Chicago area against Hillary Clinton, but the president prevailed in 91 of Illinois' 102 counties.

Hey Pritzker: Many people in Illinois are enthusiastic supporters of Trump.

Pritzker, who lives in a mansion on Chicago's Gold Coast, purchased the mansion next to his, let it deteriorate, then successfully appealed his Cook County tax property assessment because he lived next to a rundown home. In 2008 JB, while it was quite clear then-Governor Rod Blagojevich was under federal investigation, asked Blago to appoint him as state treasurer.

Illinois does not need another schemer and scammer as governor.

What this state needs is someone to continue to resist Democratic Party Boss Michael Madigan, who has been speaker of the state House for 32 of the last 34 years. Madigan is the undertaker of Illinois and it will be bad-business-as-usual with Pritzker in charge.

And let's says Pritzker becomes governor. Will he still be "leading the resistance" if an Illinois town is destroyed by a tornado and federal disaster aid is needed?
