Kansas announces first conviction of non-citizen illegally voting

Republican Kris Kobach, a patriot who is the Sunflower State's secretary of state, was interviewed by Greg Gutfeld on Fox News last night. Kobach discussed his state's first-ever conviction of a non-citizen illegally voting in an election--something he did three times.

Kobach called this crime "the tip of the iceberg."
