Otis Redding's signature song of course is his posthumous smash hit, "(Sittin' On) The Dock Of The Bay."

His silver medal tune is "I Can't Turn You Loose." If the melody sounds familiar it's because an instrumental version of this song was used as the opening number in the Palace Hotel Ballroom concert by Jake and Elwood and the band in the Blues Brothers movie.
