Chicago values: Pro-Trump owners of music shop being driven out of business, leaving city

A husband-and-wife business owners are closing their North Side Chicago music store, Worlds of Music, after being harassed for a year after one of them, Suzzanne Monk, was "outed" after declaring her support for Donald J. Trump. Monk attended the cancelled Trump rally at the UIC Pavilion on the Near West Side last spring.

Customers of Monk and her husband, Alexander Duvel, were also harassed.

The couple appeared on Fox & Friends this morning.

Worlds of Music will close next month but it will continue on as on online presence. But they plan to abandon Chicago "as soon as we're physically able."

Monk and Duvel have set up a GoFundMe page to pay for their exodus to a tolerant and more patriotic place.

They would be warmly welcomed in the Branson Missouri area. This is flyover country where faith, patriotism and neighborliness is still in style. Me and my family are from Chicago, and after 3 years I can honestly say that Chicago is a good place to be from... far, far from.

Anyone who supports Trump in any deep blue city should leave now while your property is still worth something.
