With two major Islamic State terrorist attacks in France and one in California, it's easy to forget the carnage that continues to fester in Baltimore. In my weekly entry at Da Tech Guy, I look back: Baltimore’s bloody 2015.
The African-American community of Baltimore has been in a steady decline ever since the Martin Luther King riots in 1968. Many parts of the city have never recovered from the devastation of those riots. It remains to be seen if the Freddie Grey riots, past and future (?), will be the final nail in the coffin of Charm City. As a native son of Baltimore it makes me sad to see this happen.
