Chiraq: 2 dead and at least 30 wounded over weekend

The first full weekend of September was calmer than Labor Day weekend--two people were murdered and at least others were wounded. One of those wounded was a North Side gang member who was shot nine times yesterday afternoon. He's in stable condition.
