With four months to go--Baltimore exceeds last year's murder total
During the April riots in her city, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake gave thugs "space to destroy." Months later, her city just suffered its 212th homicide of 2015--which is one more than the number of people murdered last year.
There are more than four months left in the current year. Three hundred murders seems within reach--which is a total Maryland's largest city hasn't exceeded since 1999.
