The time has arrived to take another look at my photographs from my December 2011 trip to the Grand Canyon.
Kind of reminds you a bit of a wedding cake, right?
Morning at the Grand Canyon.
The history of mules at the Grand Canyon dates from before it was declared a national park--miners utilized the animals as pack animals.
Mormon tea is a common desert shrub in Arizona and Utah.
Trees guard the canyon.
During last night's coverage of Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, Arizona, there were many shots of the Grand Canyon--only without snow. Oh, yes, today is Groundhog Day. But since woodchucks aren't native to Arizona, there won't be any there to see their own shadows.
So many awe-inspiring views...
This is what the top of the Grand Canyon looks like.
Sunset at the Canyon.
