Just as it is with presidential inaugurations, it is a long-standing transition in Illinois for outgoing governors to attend the swearing-in of their successors. But Democrat Pat Quinn, who has been acting like a petulant child since Land of Lincoln voters sent him into forced retirement, was in Chicago when then man who defeated him in November, Republican Bruce Rauner, was inaugurated in Springfield yesterday.

Quinn the class warrior has no class.
