Bloody Chicago: 4 dead, at least 30 wounded over weekend

Chicago's mean streets were bloody again this weekend. Four Chicagoans were shot to death and at least another 30 were wounded over the weekend.

Chance the rapper's #SaveChicago Twitter campaign still isn't working.
