(Morning Joe video) Dem Rep Maloney dodges Keystone pipeline question

Earlier today on MSNBC's Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough asked Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) on her position in regards to building the Keystone XL pipeline. Maloney, alongside Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), were on the program to discuss a vote on a women's museum.

Watch as Maloney humiliates herself as she dodges Scarborough's query.
