She should be tarred-and-feathered: Sebelius to quit HHS job

President Obama, in one of his weak jabs at Vladimir Putin, claims that the Russian thug's seizure of the Crimea was something out of the 19th century.

Looking back at that century, a fitting send-off for Obama's Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius would be to be tarred-and-feathered. She was a miserable failure in that job--and the ObamaCare rollout debacle is only the exclamation point for her five-year run at HHS.

Just last week, Sebelius said she was staying at HHS.
