(MSNBC video) No singular schievement for Clinton at State Dept

Can anyone think of a major achievement by Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state? The Morning Joe panel on MSNBC can't.

Furthermore, foreign affairs is one of those fields where the accomplishments become apparent after a term expires, and America is weaker and less influential than when it was five years ago.

Oh, Hillary of course was at the helm at State when the Benghazi murders happened.
