Just a few blocks from my home is another onetime rural cemetery that has been gobbled up by suburbia--St. Peter's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Skokie.
Many members of founding families of Niles Township are buried here, including the Harrers and the Klehms.
The graveyard is on Harms Road, and the Harms family is represented at St. Peter's too.
