Global warming: Coldest temps of year on the way

The brutally-cold winter of 2014 could be dealing its chilliest hand yet. Monday and Tuesday could bring back-to-back high temperatures of below zero in Chicago.

In Washington, President Obama will pitch his snake-oil cures to Congress for so-called man-caused global warming on Tuesday--the temperatures outside the Capitol could be the coldest for any State of the Union Address.
