(Video) Carney can't say if people who enroll in ObamaCare on Dec. 23 will be covered on Jan. 1

When I enrolled in insurance at work, I was told it would start on a certain day. Beforehand I received insurance cards--as did Mrs. and Little Marathon Pundit.

However, in regards to ObamaCare, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney can't even say if those who enroll by December 23 will be covered by a policy on January 1.
