Lifetime politicians such as House Speaker Michael Madigan (D-Chicago) have ruined Illinois. Madigan has been serving in the statehouse since 1971--and except for a two year interregnum when there was a Republican Majority in the House, Madigan has been Speaker since 1983.

Bruce Rauner, a successful businessman and a candidate for the Republican nomination for governor--wants term limits for Illinois pols--"Eight years and you're out," he says in this ad.
