Bloody Chicago: 2 dead, 10 wounded this weekend

Unseasonably cold weather and snowfall on Sunday didn't have much effect on shootings in Chicago--a city with among the toughest gun laws in the nation. Two men were shot to death--and another 10 Chicagoans were wounded.
