(Video) Reporter fails to sign up for ObamaCare by phone

Yesterday during a Rose Garden press conference, President Obama told the dozens of people interested in signing up for ObamaCare to call 1-800-318-2596 if they couldn't get the web site to work for them. A reporter for Al-Jazeera America called that number--but was referred to the unworkable ObamaCare web site.
