(Video) Obama's OMB director twice refuses to say if ObamaCare site will be fixed by December

Sylvia Burwell, the director of the Office of Management and Budget was asked twice on Bloomberg TV if the dysfunctional ObamaCare website would be fixed by December.

Twice she refused to answer.
