As part of President Obama's stimulus bill, over $500 million was loaned to Fisker--so it could manufacture cars in Finland.
Bloomberg TV reported that Fisker has missed its first loan repayment to the feds.
The vehicle it made, the Karma, had an manufacturer's suggest retail price of $109,000.
