(Video) Mark Halperin on MSNBC: Obama losing ground on electoral map

Appearing on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Time's Mark Halperin explains how the Obama campaign is losing ground on the Electoral College map to Mitt Romney.


Also, an Oregonian poll shows that Obama leads Romney 47-41. The president is below 50 percent and not since Ronald Reagan's 1984 blowout win has a Republican prevailed in Oregon.
