Morning Joe: Voters want to hear what Obama has planned for a second term

President Obama tells voters how awful (he thinks) Mitt Romney is, but he's not telling us what his plans are for a second term. Because his first term has gone so poorly--high gasoline prices, anemic economic growth, and high unemployment--Obama owes voters an explanation of what he has in mind for the next four years.
