Mitt Romney left Bain capital in 1999, but that won't stop my left-wing congresscritter, Jan Schakowsky of Evanston, from protesting--Saul Alinsky style--at its office there this evening, Crain's Chicago Business is reporting.
Bain is closing a factory in Freeport, Illinois--Schakowsky claims that the lost jobs there will be outsourced to China.
However, yesterday Consulting Magazine named Bain the "Best Firm to Work For" for the 10th year in a row.
And the day before, Schakowsky's own Democratic Party of Evanston screened a documentary about Newark mayor Cory Booker, who famously defended Bain on Meet the Press earlier this year.
