The ice sculpture was the work of New York based artists Ligorano and Reese and are not with the Occupy movement. The artists will be doing an ice sculpture at the DNC, as well.
Not only do I know the PJ Media writer who posted that entry, but I know the photographer as well. I'm sticking with their account here.
