Group that sent filled-out registration forms to dead dogs was launched by Soros-funded Tides Foundation

According to AP, Voter Participation Center sent out five million already filled out voter registration forms to dead people, pets, even a dead dogs. The group was launched by the ultra-liberal Tides Foundation, which has received funding from extremist George Soros.
