Weekly GOP Address with Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin

The topic once again is energy in today's Weekly GOP Address, which is delivered by Oklahoma's governor, Mary Fallin.

"Millions of Americans remain out of work," Fallin says here, "but President Obama continues to propose job-killing tax hikes and obstruct the basic energy infrastructure projects that would lead to the creation of thousands of new jobs, not to mention more revenue in state budgets."

She calls the president to task for approving only the southern half of the Keystone XL pipeline--which of course is not the end that connects to the Canadian oil fields.

"Let's be clear the energy crisis we are facing today isn't a lack of energy resources," asserts later in her address, "it's a lack of leadership. And that starts at the top with our president. Americans are paying the price for his failed policies."
