When workers start a job, they're required to give their personal contact information to their employers--and most bosses require their employees to update this information annually.
Workers give this data to their supervisors or their HR department with the assumption that it will be used to be informed of shift changes, or for emergencies.
Information can be power--power can be abused.
As you will see in this Workforce Fairness Institute video, Big Labor can definitely misuse that contact information. President Obama's radicalized National Labor Relations Board wants their union cronies to have your home phone number--and your home address--for their organization drives.
Do you want "fellas from the Local" dropping by your home?
