On the unhappy three-year anniversary of the failed stimulus bill becoming law, a National Republican Senatorial Committee video replays President Obama's now infamous line, "If I don't have this done in three years, then there is going to be a one term proposition."

Making appearances as they talk-up the stimulus are incumbent Democratic senators Claire McCaskill of Missouri, Jon Tester of Montana, Sherrod Brown of Ohio, and Tim Kaine, the likely Democratic nominee in the Virginia US Senate race.
