Obama Friday news dump: IRS releases ObamaCare medical device tax details

Late this afternoon I Tweeted "I am going out running now. When I return, I expect another Obama Friday news dump." Sure enough more embarrassing news was released by the Obama administration 'in time' for the slowest news period of the week.
