Of the nearly 1.8 million blacks living in Illinois, Governor Pat Quinn chose the Reverend Jesse Jackson, who turned racism into a shakedown racket--to enrich himself, his family, and his cronies--to represent Illinois at the centennial celebration of the African National Conference in South Africa.
But "Temporary Income Tax Hike" Quinn is expected to run for reelection in 2014. The unpopular governor will need all of the help he can get to convince voters to make another mistake on Election Day.
