Issa on USPS: "We don't want to see a death spiral"

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) favors comprehensive reform of the United States Postal Service, as he explaned on Fox News earlier today.



He added about the USPS, "We don't want to see a death spiral."

The Postal Service needs to improve its customer service skills too.
