Details released on Gingrich and Huntsman NH Lincoln-Douglas style debate

The details on the Newt Gingrich and Jon Huntsman Lincoln-Douglas style debate are out.

From a Huntsman campaign press relese:
Manchester - Newt 2012 and Jon Huntsman for President have agreed to a Lincoln-Douglas style debate focused on foreign policy and national security. We have invited the Southern New Hampshire 9-12 Project and St. Anselm's College Republicans to co-sponsor the event. The debate will take place Monday, December 12th at the Institute of Politics in Manchester, New Hampshire. The campaigns issued the following statement:
Governor Huntsman and Speaker Gingrich look forward to debating in a substantive format that will allow both candidates to highlight their experience and view for the country," Huntsman campaign manager Matt David and Gingrich campaign director Michael Krull said in a joint statement.
