ObamaCare headed to SCOTUS--will it be a "death panel?"

McConnell
The US Supreme Court has agreed to hear the appeal of a Florida case challenging the constitutionality of ObamaCare. Some conservative judges have ruled in favor of the president's crown jewel--which a majority of Americans want to repeal, but predicting rulings from the high court is a risky endeavor.

We should know by June weather some or all of ObamaCare survives, or if the Supreme Court will be its death panel.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) issued a statement a few minute ago about this development:
Throughout the debate, Senate Republicans have argued that this misguided law represents an unprecedented and unconstitutional expansion of the federal government into the daily lives of every American. Most Americans agree. In both public surveys and at the ballot box, Americans have rejected the law's mandate that they must buy government-approved health insurance, and I hope the Supreme Court will do the same.
