SRCC on the new stimulus: So the last two didn’t work?

Stimulus I was a failure. Stimulus II couldn't even get a majority in the Democrat-controlled Senate. Now President Obama is breaking down the second one into smaller pieces. One $35 billion "bite size" piece, according to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, will save the jobs of 300,000 teachers.

But folks, we've heard this song before. Except this generation of stimulus comes with a tax increase.
