Yesterday I posted about a Kansas a not-for-profit energy cooperative that is being threatened by the Environmental Protection Agency's proposed MACT Rules. A California firm, Vantage Data Centers, which goes to great efforts to be environmentally-friendly, is also facing challenges from MACT. Jennifer Fraser and Jeff Rose of Vantage, in a Voices of Recovery video, explain that federal regulations greatly add to their cost of doing business.
