Dold on repealing the 3% withholding tax

Rep. Robert Dold (R-IL) speaks about the repeal of the 3% withholding tax bill that passed with bipartisan support earlier this week in the House.

"This harmful tax would have hurt small businesses that already cash strapped all across our county," Dold said. President Obama supports its repeal.
