Did you know that since being sworn into office 32 months ago, President Obama has made over 1,000 speeches. Many of them involve fixing the economy and job creation. Yet the national unemployment rate has soared from 7.9 percent to the present 9.1 percent--after peaking at just over 10 percent. And we all remember that the White House promised that if its $862 billion stimulus bill was enacted, that rate would not exceed 8 percent.
"The White House doesn't create jobs," White House Press secretary Jay Carney said last month.
