The freedom caravan is heading south. Yesterday the Washington Post wrote that Rhode Island is considering radical actions to fix its pension mess. And today the Tea Party Express arrives in the Ocean State with its small government message for an 11:30am rally in North Kingstown. The TPX then motors down Interstate 95 for a 6:00pm event in Bucks County, Pennsylvania--north of Philadelphia.
