Kirk discusses Naval Reserve tour of Afghanistan

Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL) is an officer in the Naval Reserve. He just returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan. The Highland Park Republican has some good news--the surge is working and al Qaeda is on the run. But a new threat, the Haqqani Network, has emerged in the unhappy nation.
