Because of the Environmental Protection Agency's new Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), 20 percent of the nation's coal plants will be shuttered. Which Doug Ross phrases this way: Attention AFL-CIO, IBEW, Teamsters and UMW members: Your Christmas gift From the White House is: 116,000 layoffs.

It will be a Blue Christmas for these workers because Obama hates lumps of coal.
