Two Tea Party Express rallies today to support WI GOP senators

The Tea Party Express' "Restoring Common Sense" tour ends today with two rallies, one of which, in Rhinelander, has already begun.

MERRILL - The Tea Party Express (www.TeaPartyExpress.org) "Restoring Common Sense" tour will host rallies today in Rhinelander and De Pere, as a final push to support conservatives who know that responsible budget reform has brought new jobs and greater prosperity to the state of Wisconsin.

The Tea Party Express will be urging Wisconsinites to vote tomorrow, noting that Governor Walker's budget reform has already had a positive impact on the Wisconsin job market, with nearly 40,000 private sector jobs having been added so far this year.

Rallies today will feature conservative speakers and singers, as well as special local guests such as Rep. Jim Steineke, Rep. Reid Ribble, radio host Jerry Bader, and others.

Rally schedule for Monday, August 8th:

Rhinelander, WI: 12:00 - 1:30PM
Rhinelander Band Shell
Young Street (Next to Trig's RiverWalk Centre)

De Pere, WI: 5:00-6:30PM
Legends Brewhouse and Eatery
875 Heritage Road

A large coalition has come together to support this effort, with national groups including Tea Party Nation, FreedomWorks, 60 Plus, Patriot Action Network, Grassfire Nation, American Grassroots Coalition, and the Campaign to Defeat Barack Obama contributing to the effort.
