While stating that it is "less than perfect," Speaker of the House John Boehner and his Republican leadership team presented his debt limit plan. The bipartisan effort does not include tax increases, unlike President Obama's plan.
Also speaking was House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), House Conference Chair Jeb Hensarling (R-TX), and Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA).
Will Obama's plan be bi-partisan? I doubt it.
