Two does on the North Branch of the Chicago River

During my afternoon run yesterday, I encountered many deer. These two does were grazing in Niles, just south of Oakton. In the background is the North Branch of the Chicago River.

Looks like a scenic place to run. Thinking of another marathon this year?

It is very scenic. But I'm still in recovery mode. I ran ten miles tonight--now my other knee is sore! I can't handle longer runs for a while. :(
