Gasoline prices may have dropped a bit, but where I live, the cheapest regular gas I've seen is $4.33 a gallon. The House Energy Action Team, whose co-chairs are Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL), says there is a better way.
