Armed Forces Day: Thank you men and women in uniform

I'm a little late to the party on this one, but today is Armed Forces Day. The third Saturday in May is when we honor the men and women defending our nation.

Thank you! Although you can honor tomorrow and the next day...

While I'm tardy for one party, I'm early to another. Memorial Day is in nine days. The cannon on the right is Constantine, Michigan's tribute to its soldiers who fought in the Civil War, which began 150 years ago.
