Vote on McConnell-Inhofe Amendment on EPA could take place today

A Senate source informs this blog that a vote on the McConnell-Inhofe Amendment, which will prevent the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gases, could take place this afternoon

The anti-jobs and anti-business move by the EPA is opposed by some Democrats.

Will 13-15 Democrats, as Sen. Joe Mancin (D-WV), predicts, vote for the McConnell-Inhofe Amendment?
